Section 193(4) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(4)[A Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] shall provide for the repayment of any such consolidated loan by a sinking fund in the manner laid down in section 190, having regard to the amount transferred to such sinking fund under section 191.
