Section 25 in Arunachal Pradesh Goods Tax Act, 2005
25. Registration during transition.
- Every dealer who is -(a)registered under the Arunachal Pradesh Sales Tax Act 1999 at the time of commencement of this Act; and(b)whose turnover in the year preceding the commencement of this Act exceeds the taxable quantum, :is registered under this Act with effect from the notified date.
