Section 119(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(2)Subject to the superintendence, direction and control of the State Election Commission, the Chief Electoral Officer shall -(a)supervise the preparation, revision and correction of all electoral rolls in the State under this Act;(b)supervise the conduct of all elections under this Act; and(c)exercise such other powers and functions as the State Election Commission may direct.
