Section 20(1) in Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management University, Sikkim Act, 2006
(1)The Board of Governors shall consist of the following, namely :-(a)The Chancellor(b)The Vice-Chancellor(c)A nominee of the UGC(d)Three persons nominated by the Sponsor(e)One representative of the State Government(f)Two educationists of repute to be nominated by the Visitor.(g)Two academicians to be nominated by the Chancellor;
