Section 9(1) in The Maharashtra Tax on the Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2002
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or servant of the Government for any act done or purporting to be done in good faith under this Act, without the previous sanction of the Government.
