Section 83(1)(ii) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957

(ii)The licensee shall make an application to the licensing authority for making necessary endorsement "C" from licence for revision in rates of admission as per clause (i) above after making endorsement in "C" form licence, the licensing authority shall return the "C" Form licence to the licensee.
