Section 8 in The Kerala Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1991
8. Income forming part of the total agricultural income on which no tax is payable.
- Tax shall not be payable by an assessee who is a member 0f an association of persons or a body of individuals on that portion of the amount which he is entitled to receive from the association or body of individuals on which tax has already been paid by the association or body of individuals.
