Section 4(2) in Rajasthan Rehabilitation of Beggars or Indigents Act, 2012
(2)Any Rehabilitation Home established and maintained by the State Government shall provide for the proper reception, maintenance, treatment, training, education for the rehabilitation of beggars or indigents and the State Government shall prepare a separate scheme for the same.
