01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s. 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.306/506/34 of IPC in connection with Baidyanathpur PS Case No.220 of 2023 corresponding to GR Case No.1064 of 2023 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Berhampur.
3. It is alleged that the daughter of the Informant committed suicide since Kulu Patra and Dipuna Behera have made viral the nude photo of the deceased as has been written in the suicidal note of the deceased which has been found from the room locked inside where she has committed suicide.

4. Keeping in view the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
