11. Endorsing copy of appeal to the respondents
- .(1) A copy of the memorandum of appeal and the paper book shall be served on each of the respondents as soon as they are filed by the Registrar by the registered post.(2)For the purpose of service by registered post under sub-rule (1), the appellant shall deposit the required envelopes and postal stamps with the registry or deposit required expenditure with the registry for such purpose and obtain a receipt for such deposit from the registry.
