(1)An Officer of Military or Soldier or Police Officer required to attend a Court in his official capacity should appear in uniform. Attendance in an official capacity, includes attendance:-(a)as witnesses, when evidence has to be given of matters which come under the cognizance of the officer or soldier in his official capacity;(b)by an officer for the purpose of watching case on behalf of Soldier or Soldiers under his command;
