11. Allotment Register.
- In order to ensure that the allotments appropriated in the budget are not exceeded, an Allotment Register in From No. IV shall be maintained, in this register separate page shall be set apart for each detailed head. Whenever a bill is submitted to the Block Development Officer for passing, it shall be submitted along with this register after noting expenditure covered by the bill in the register.
