15. Minutes of meetings
.-The proceedings of each meeting of the Committee shall be circulated to all members present in India, as soon as may be after the meeting and shall be read out and confirmed at the next meeting of the Committee and signed by the Chairman, or, as the case may be, the Vice-Chairman, presiding at such next meeting and shall thereafter be recorded in a minute book, which shall be kept for permanent record.
