Section 3 in Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons
3. The requested Contracting State shall promptly inform the requesting Contracting State of its decision whether or not to agree to the requested transfer.
