Section 16 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
16. Close time. -
The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare the whole year or any part thereof to be a close time throughout the whole or any part of the [State of Maharashtra], for any kind of wild animal or bird or for female or immature wild animal or bird of such kind.
