Section 19(1) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2012
(1)The Competent Authority may issue license / renew on receipt of application from Nursery owner for production of specified species and varieties of Horticulture plant material for carrying out the business under sub-section (4) of Section 5 of the Act.
