           The appellant is present.   The Public Authority is represented by Mr. Rameshwar, OS, Mr. 

Umrao Singh, ADE and Mr. Manoj Kumar, OS. 


Facts: 

2. Appellant by his RTI application had sought for information regarding the inquiry report in  relation to disciplinary proceeding against him. He wanted information on the following points:

a. Copy of the preliminary enquiry report along with the corresponding file noting. b. Copy of regular inquiry report along with the correspondence and file noting completed in  Sept 2013.

c. Action   taken   report   on   the   inquiry   report   submitted   to   the   disciplinary   authority   on  September 2013.

CIC/SA/A/2015/000307 Page 1 PIO replied on 18.12.2014 stating that the relevant file is under submission. Being   unsatisfied, appellant filed first appeal.   FAA disposed of the appeal stating that the  appellant can inspect the concerned file in vigilance branch when the file is available in the  vigilance branch and can also check the diary and dispatch number of the concerned file  within 15 days.  Claiming non­satisfaction appellant approached the Commission.   DECISION: 

3.     Both the parties made their submissions.   Having heard the submissions and perused the  record, the Commission directs the respondent authority to furnish a copy of the Inquiry report to  the appellant along with the copies of the documents on which the findings were based, within 15  days from the date of receipt of this order. 

4.    The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
