Section 6 in United Bank of India (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995
6. Liability of the Provident Fund Trust.
- The Provident Fund trust shall, immediately after constitution of the Fund, transfer to the United Bank of India (Employees') Pension Fund, the accumulated balance of the contribution of the Bank to the Provident Fund and interest accrued thereon up to the date of such transfer in respect of every employee.
