Learned counsel for the appellant states that the Dental Council itself extended the time period of counselling upto 31.07.2013 in view of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and, thus, to that extent the challenge in the appeal to the impugned order has become infructuous, as the interim direction was challenged at that stage on account of the last date being 31.05.2013. It is, thus, submitted that the appellant be allowed to make necessary submissions arising from the subsequent developments and the additional facts which are sought to be brought on record before the learned Single Judge.
Dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
