Section 111(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Any member may appeal against an order imposing upon him any of the punishments specified in rules to the authority immediately superior to the authority imposing the punishment:Provided that there shall be no appeal against an order of discharge or a recruit trainee who has not been formally enrolled as a member of the Force:Provided further that appeals against the orders of the Director shall lie to the State Government.
