1. On behalf of the petitioners a grievance is made that rent payable to the petitioner is in arrears. Mr. Narula admits that fact but further submits that certain negotiations with respondent no. 5 - society, whose property is being developed, are still underway and that they expect to arrive at an amicable solution on or before 29th October, 2018 and that all arrears of rent and advance rent for a period of six months would be paid on or before 29 th October, 2018.
2. Stand over to 30th October, 2018.
