Section 25(2) in Mizoram (Land Revenue) Rules, 2013
(2)There shall be social audit of development or land use in special circumstances in the opinion of Commissioner or Secretary, Revenue Department as the case may be by issue of a notification. The Social audit team shall comprise Deputy Commissioner (of the district where land is situated) and comprising members, such as, Settlement Officer or Assistant Settlement Officer, Assistant Survey Officer of the district, President Village Council or Local Council of the village where the land is situated, President Young Mizo Association, one prominent person of the concerned village.
