268. Occupational health centres.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work involving hazardous processes specified under Schedule-VII that-(a)an occupational health centre, mobile or static, is provided and maintained in good order at such site;(b)services and facilities as per the scale laid down is Schedule-VIII are provided at the occupational health centre referred to in clause (a).(c)a construction medical officer appointed at a occupation health centre processes the qualification as laid down in Schedule-IV.
