Section 2 in Bihar Control of the Use & Play of Loud-Speakers Act, 1955
2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-(i)"loud-speaker" means an instrument to augment small sounds, vocal, instrumental or recorded; and(ii)"prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
