Section 113 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
113. Amendment of section 558.- In section 558 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1), in clause (a), for the word" Court", the words" Court or the Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (2),-(i) for the words" All Courts", the words" All Courts, Tribunals" shall be substituted;(ii)for the words" such Court", the words" such Court, Tribunal" shall be substituted.
