4. This petition is filed with following prayers :

a) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, especially in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent no.2 to have a expeditious investigation in FIR no.121/18 dated 2.10.2018 (P.S. Barakhamba Road) (Annexure P/20) which was instituted under Section 406 & 420 of Indian Panel Code and is pending since long inspite of statement given by Investigation Officer (1.0) on 28.6.2019 before the Ld. court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate -II, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi that investigation is about to conclude (Annexure P/22)
b) Cost of the Petition be also allowed to the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner on 28.06.2019 though the submission was made before learned ACMM-II, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi that investigation was to conclude but till date charge Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:PRADEEP SHARMA Signing Date:13.04.2021 18:43 sheet has not been filed, hence directions be given to the State to file the chargesheet.

6. Mr. Avi Singh, learned ASC for the State is present and accepts notice and on instructions states the charge sheet has since been filed and now the next date of hearing before the concerned Court is 05.05.2021.

7. In view of above, this petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
