Section 123 in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
123. Cleanliness.
- The licensee shall at all times keep the cinema in a clean and sanitary condition. The floors and the walls upto a height of 10 cms. shall be washed with a strong disinfectant at least once a month.
