Section 14(1) in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 2015
(1)The Director shall be appointed by the Visitor on the recommendation of a committee consisting of,-(a)President of the Institute;(b)Vice-President of the Institute;(c)the Director General Medical Education and Training; and(d)two experts in medical field, not below the rank of a head of medical institution or medical University to be nominated by the Visitor.
