Section 15(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation Act, 1970
(1)The Board may appoint such officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Corporation and determine by regulations or otherwise their conditions of appointment and service the remuneration payable to them.
