(11)"Gram Sabha" means a body consisting of persons registered in the electoral rolls relating to a village comprised within the area of Panchayat at village level as defined in the Constitution (Seventy Third Amendment) Act, 1993 and Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 and rules made thereunder. However, for the purpose of Social Audit, Gram Sabha means, meeting in one ward/village/para/habitation constituting residents of that Panchayat;
