(c)all lands, if any, to be included in the proposed reserved forest which the Forest Settlement Officer has, under Section 10, elected to acquire under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or the Nagaland Land (Acquisition and Requisition) Act, 1965, have become vested in the Government under any of those Acts.
