The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 9.2.2010 passed by Dy. Director of Consolidation/ Additional District Magistrate (F&R) Saharanpur, in revision no.91 Om Prakash Vs. Anangpal and others.
Sri Manu Khare Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 states that respondent nos. 4 and 5 were not parties in the said revision, therefore, Dy. Director of Consolidation has not passed order either in their favour or against them. They are not related at all with the dispute involved in the said revision. Notices have already been accepted by counsel for caveator/respondent nos. 3 and 6 in civil misc. writ petition no.27892 of 2010 filed against the same order.

Issue notice to respondent nos. 3 and 6 to 25 returnable at an early date.
Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
List immediately on expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, operation of the impugned order dated 9.2.2010 passed by respondent no.1 in revision no.91 Om Prakash Vs. Anangpal and others shall remain stayed.
