Section 112 in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
112. Power of Police to investigation.
- For the purposes of investigation of an offence punishable under the Act, the Police Officer shall have all the powers as provided in Chapter XIV of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989.
