Section 53(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then, as soon as may be, deliver the ballot boxes and all such packets and papers used at the polling station or cause them to be delivered to the Returning Officer at such places as he may direct.
