Section 15(1)(a) in Assam Gramdan Rules, 1962

(a)A member of a Gram Sabha Adalat may resign by submitting his resignation in writing to the Chairman who may accept the resignation. The Chairman may resign by submitting his resignation to the State Government which may accept such resignation.
