A preliminary objection has been taken on maintainability of this writ petition. Such objection shall be decided at the later stage of the proceeding. In my opinion however till that question is decided, status quo ought to be maintained in respect of bricks worth Rs. 3,75,000/-, which forms subject of dispute in this proceeding. Bricks of equivalent value shall be retained by the Cooperative Society Bank till 30th September, 2011.
Let this matter be placed before the regular bench subject to the convenience of the Hon'ble Judge.
