Section 28 in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
28. Appointment of salaried officers.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the members of the technical staff of the University shall be selected by the Head of the [Department] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965, section 16.] in consultation with the members of the [Department] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965, section 16.] concerned, [recommended by the Dean or the Director of Research or the Director of Extension Education, as the case may be] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965, section 13.] and appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board.
