Section 3(3) in The Rules for Payment Of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Educational, Cultural & Physical Education Institutions, 1963
(3)Admissions and all facilities including free studentship, half free studentships, provided by the institutions shall be available to every section of people without any distinction of caste and creed.
