Contractors residing outside State of Bihar will have to apply for registration through Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Patna.The processing and checking of application will be done by him and then he will send to the department alongwith his recommendation.Application for enlistment in Class III will be received by the Superintending Engineer of the Circle and for class IV and class V by the Executive Engineer of the Division.
