Section 8(1) in Punjab Laws (Special Provisions for Regularization of Unauthorized Colonies) Act, 2018
(1)Any person intending to get unauthorized colony or building or apartment regularized under this Act, shall apply in writing or online to the competent authority for regularization in such form containing such particulars and accompanied by such documents and plans, as may be specified in the policy and by the competent authority.
