Section 16(1)(a) in Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (Functions and Management) Rules, 2012

(a)Employment at the Authority shall be whole time appointment and an employee may be required to serve the Authority at any place and in any post not lower than the post to which he is substantively appointed or to which he is reduced as a measure of punishment, in accordance with the prescribed provisions.
