Section 27 in The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005
27. General Fund.
- The University shall have a General Fund to which shall be credited,-(a)its income from the fees charged by the University and income received from the endowments, if any;(b)all sums received from any source by the University;(c)any sums received for the purpose of the development of the University;(d)contributions or grants received from any source; and(e)donations made by any person or body or organisation.
