Section 87 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
87. Opening of Bank Account.
- An account shall be opened in the State Bank of India, Bombay, in the name of the Council and all monies of the Council shall be deposited in the Bank, subject to the provisions of rule 88. All cheques in the Bank shall be signed by any one member of the Executive Committee and by the Registrar.
