- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 76 and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 26 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (XVI) of 1927), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to regulate the pasturing of cattle in Government Reserved Forests. -]
