(3)[ In addition to the salary and other allowances payable under sub-Section (1), there shall be paid to every Parliamentary Secretary, with effect from the date of commencement of the Rajasthan Ministers' Salaries (Amendment) Act, 2005 (Act No. 11 of 2005) or with effect from the date he may thereafter enter upon his office, a sumptuary allowance of seven thousand rupees per mensem.] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 12 of 2005, dated 7.5.2005.]]
