(8)A Field Director/Director/Chief Conservator of Forests in charge of a national park or sanctuary may provide for the registration of drivers regular used for carrying tourists. Any unregistered driver carrying tourists in such national parks or sanctuaries shall be charged at double the rale for registered vehicles of the same capacity.
