Section 5(ii) in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992

(ii)Class I-A - Contractors desiring enlistment in this class shall have a full time Engineering Organisation capable of dealing with large work in all their stages. Contractors desiring enlistment in this class shall have the following minimum technical organisation on a full time basis.
