This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking quashing of order dated 08.12.2023 passed by the respondent no.1 and simultaneously directing the respondents to implement the benefit of payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 in terms of judgment of this Court dated 22.05.2023 in W.P.(C) 6403/2023 captioned 'Irfan Ali and Ors. vs. Urdu Academy and Ors.'

4. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by Mr. Akhilesh Dixit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.
