We have heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents available on record. In our opinion, it is not a fit case to be entertained under Article 32 of the Constitution of India.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, we permit the petitioner to approach the National Human Rights Commission, if it so desires.
We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the submission made by the learned senior Signature Not Verified counsel.
