Section 4(1) in The Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995
(1)The employer shall pay the contribution payable to the Employees' Pension Fund in respect of [each member] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 134, dated 28.2.1996, for " the member" (w.e.f. 16.3.1996).] of the Employees' Pension Fund employed by him directly or by or through a contractor.
